Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash payment ,EFT transfer and bank deposits.Proof of payment will be provided.

What does "No Fix - No Fee" actually mean?

"No Fix - No Fee" simply means that if it happens that we fail to repair your computer, there will be nothing to pay at all.

Will you guys take my computer away for repair?

We carry out all repairs on-site, so you can watch what is taking place and ask any questions. Our Technician will not take your computer away for repair.If the need arise we collect your computer and bring it back after fixing but ,it happens when solving the problem seem to need more time than expected,We don't want to spend more than 4 hours onsite ,we know that you may have some business to do.

Do you repair printers?

We carry out software related repairs for printers - drivers or setup problems.

Do you replace laptop screens and keyboards?

Yes, we are able to replace screens and keyboards for all makes of laptops.If we don't have the right spare part ,it may take us 4 hours or more to get you the right spare part.

What are your working hours?

We operate Sunday to Saturday

Monday - Friday (08:30am - 5:00 pm)
Saturday (08:00am - 2:30pm)
Sunday (08:00am -1:00pm)

Are your replacement components guaranteed?

Yes , We make sure that we buy all new hardware components that are supplied brand new and are covered by a full one-year parts and labour warranty.

Can you help set up my new computer?

Yes, we can set up your new computer , connect it to the Internet and also to your home network, if you have one. In addition, we can transfer the data from your old PC to your new one.

What is a call out fee?

This is a fee charged when you call us to come to your home or business.

For example you call us that your computer has a problem it keeps on shutting down,after a power cut or some reasons ,we come to your place ,and test it.we will write down a quote of what is the problem and how much will cost you for your computer to be fixed.You have the right to choose what to be fixed for that time.And we will advice you on what will not cost you and what can cost you but last longer. If you are not ready by the time for the computer to be fixed.(financially , or you will call us at a later time )you will have to pay a call out fee of R250-R450 this will depend on the distance you are calling from.

By the time you call we will explain to you what will happen and what to prepare.we offer friendly advice on how you can make this easier or to prevent the damage of your machine in future.

What does "On-site & offsite service" actually mean?

On-site service :it means that the repair of your machine (computer) is done at your home , work place or business .

Off-site service: it means that the repair of your machine (computer) is done outside your home ,work place or business(for example if we collect your machine to repair to ourside that is off-site service).

What if one week after my computer was repaired the same problem starts again?

Only what you have to do is to bring it back to us,no fee is charged ,or call us we will assist you.

All hardware components are supplied brand new and are covered by a full one-year parts and labour warranty.
